1.1 Enquiries via the website ‘contact’ page, by phone, in-bound email or in person will result in personal data being collected – such as name, email address, telephone number and home / business address.
1.2 Information relating to an individual or parties style, colour, and preferences may also be collected as part of any enquiry.
1.3 Google Analytics: When someone visits www.hairandmakeupbyjo.co.uk i use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
2.0 Data Storage: How do we hold data and for how long
2.1 I retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services clients have requested, to keep them up-to-date with any offers we believe may be of interest to them, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. Data will be deleted after it is no longer necessary for us to retain, or immediately upon request in compliance with your data protection.
